My name is Aiste (ice-ta). I’m from Lithuania, currently living in Miami, Florida. I’m 5’8” (172cm), 127lbs (57kg) and I wear a size 2US (34EU). I decided to create this website because I’m really tired of seeing commercials on TV, internet and everywhere I go, advertising some magic weight loss pills, weight loss clinics and extreme diets. It makes me upset to think that people are wasting their money on such nonsense.

When you hear some celebrity or one of your skinny friends saying that they eat whatever they want and never gain any wait, you get a picture in your head how they are stuffing their face late at night with chocolate muffins and chips and then wake up even skinnier the next day. That makes you jealous and you think how lucky they are to have such a fast metabolism. Well this is not entirely true. Unless they’re athletes and spend half of their day working out, they do not have a magical metabolism. As a matter of fact, their metabolism might be even slower than yours. They might be saying the truth that they eat whatever they want, but it’s all about how much they eat, rather than what they eat.

I am not a doctor, dietitian or a personal trainer. I’m just a regular person such as yourself. I’ve been a sports fanatic since I was a little kid. I’ve done 2 years of swimming, 1 year of basketball, 8 years of Shotokan karate and 5 years of soccer. I have a lot of experience when it comes to sports. Throughout the years I’ve read hundreds of articles, experimented and did research on diets, muscle building and how to get the best result for your physical shape. I am a very skinny girl, but I do gain weight very easily. I want to dedicate this website to people who are struggling with weight loss and reveal to them how easy it is to be skinny while eating whatever you want, never ever starving yourself or spending any money on magical pills and shakes that are suppose to turn you into a super model. I am here to show you how little changes in your routine make a big difference. Even if you read only one of my weight loss tips and follow it, you will see a difference in your weight and how you feel.

I know my methods are a bit different than your average weight loss program and I know I will be getting a lot of angry e-mails saying what a fool I am, but I know that this will also help many people in need.
