Find time to eat

There are times when people feel less or more hungry. A great influence on the level of your hunger is not getting enough rest. If you lead a very fast-paced and chaotic lifestyle, that means you have no time to eat. When you skip a couple of meals and come home after the day is over, most of the time you will find yourself overeating and going to bed with a full stomach. You might also get the same effect when you are stressed out or don’t get enough hours of sleep. What happens is, when your body feels exhausted, it thinks that it feels tired because it’s not getting enough energy from food. It gives a signal to you that it’s time to start eating. The reality is that you might not even be hungry at all. You might just need to get some rest or go straight to bed. Once you wake up, the hunger won’t be so vicious anymore. I can’t tell you to change your daily schedule, but it is important that you squeeze in those 20 minutes to take a break, sit down, and have lunch. Especially if you know you’re going to have a late dinner, which might end up being a double dinner if you skipped lunch.

It is true when they say that the most important meal of the day is breakfast. Now you might say that you wake up early and don’t feel hungry until lunchtime. This can only mean, that you ate a big meal right before going to bed. When you eat before bed, you will definitely not feel hungry in the morning. If you skip breakfast, you overeat at lunch. This is pretty much like a closed circle. What you need to do is stop eating late. Don’t eat later than 5 hours before going to bed and you will feel hungry in the morning. Try to eat at least 3 times a day and to never skip meals. It might be difficult at first, but it should only take a couple of days to get used to it.
