Hi Fozia. I’m sorry to say this, but you cannot lose weight from a particular spot. Weight comes off evenly from the entire body. Too bad it doesn’t store evenly. If you do exercises for legs, that will only make them muscular. That’s why you need to lose the weight first. The top 3 exercises for weight loss that I recommend are jump rope, jogging and swimming. Cardio exercises always help to lose weight, but you have to remember that your weight depends 80% on your eating habits and only 20% on exercise.
