Hi, I was wondering are there any tips for people who cannot do cardiovascular exercise or HIIT due to a medical condition. I eat fairly healthy, I am a vegetarian, I am 5’8″ and weigh between 165-170, I have been trying to lose weight for over two years. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! -LaTisha

Hi LaTisha,

You don’t necessarily need to do high intensity workouts in order to lose weight. All that’s important is that you move. Go on long walks, take a swim in the pool, clean your entire house, spend the afternoon at the mall… As long as you’re not sitting still on the couch watching TV, you’re burning a lot of calories.  So keep it moving!
