Do eating small meals frequently and TONS of water actually work?

I’ve heard it many times that you’re suppose to eat 5-6 small meals a day, but I think it’s just too much thinking and too much work (unless you’re a professional athlete/body builder). After a couple of days you would get tired and annoyed from doing it.

You should always eat small meals. The best time to stop eating is when you don’t feel like you’re full/stuffed yet, but also don’t feel like you’re starving. In other words, when you feel like you could eat a bit more (but you don’t do it).

Also eat only when you’re truly hungry and not just bored or want something that tastes good and yes, drinking water helps a lot. It’s best to drink 2 liters/8 glasses of water a day.
