So, I made a work-out schedule for myself and was wondering if I could improve it: 8- Wake up and yoga/meditation until 8:30-9. 9- breakfast, 11- snack, 1:00- lunch, 2:00 work out, 3:00 snack, 5:00 dinner (end of eating for the day), 10:00 bed

It’s a nice schedule, but I don’t think you should plan your day by the hour. It’s not like you’re in the military and you’re not a robot lol. You’re going to get tired of doing this routine in a couple of days. Don’t be so strict on yourself.
