You won’t lose weight just by eating healthy. It’s all about how much you eat and not what you eat.
If you want to lose weight the healthy way, making less likely for it to quickly come back, then you shouldn’t lose more than 4 pounds per week.
Now if you’re asking me how much weight is it humanly possible to lose in two weeks by eating less and exercising a lot, then I would say about 11 pounds. The down side is that your body would be so exhausted after, that it would save every piece of food it gets and the weight would grow back really fast as soon as you go back to your old eating habits.
