I’m trying to lose 30 pounds. I’m 20 years old. I have a lot of medical issues, one then being cp. What exercises would you have me do? I’m trying to do this on my own because I have very little money, but I want to feel better about myself and get healthier. Any idea would be great, thanks. -Noelle

Hi Noelle, you should ask your doctor what exercises you can and cannot do. Top 3 exercises to lose weight are jump rope, swimming and running. Cardio workouts always work best when it comes to weight loss. Other things you could do would be go on long walks, ride a bike or just dance.
